Refund and Returns Policy
We always want our customers to be satisfied with their orders when they arrived. However, if you would like to return your product(s), please contact us at tracey@natureswhisper.co.uk within 10 days of delivery and we can get our processes started. Please download our return form (here) and attach the completed form to your return email. Please note the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs and the safe delivery of all return products. Please keep proof of postage for reference – and we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
The full value of the return product(s) will be refunded providing the products have not been used, are in their original condition and original packaging.
If you have received your order and something has been damaged during transit, please contact us at tracey@natureswhisper.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Please include details of your order including photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and your preferences.
